Interestingly the average days on market for a home to be listed in Hopkins is 33.7% less this past October than the previous October, according to the Minneapolis Area Association of Realtors. What would one deduct from that?
Not only that, houses sold for almost 10% more than they did a year ago. What’s going on here? There were 25 sales in October, 2006 and 16 this year. It appears that Hopkins folks can hold on for a while and wait until this shift is finished.
