When Is No Feedback Feedback and When is Feedback No Feedback? How Some Twin City Area Realtors Answer My Request for Feedback

Fortunately for me, I have a nifty computer program to request feedback from Realtors who have shown my properties around the Twin Cities. It’s called ShowingDesk and it’s a real assistant to me. I can get the feedback published and send it off to my clients in a nifty little report. It goes to the agent who showed the property almost immediately after the showing. All they have to do is click a few buttons and let me know what the client thought of the property.
Now, is that so hard?
Why, I guess it is for some folks! If I don’t get feedback at all, I figure they aren’t interested in the property. Or, are they?
- Maybe they are talking to their client about putting in an offer and don’t want to appear to anxious.
- Maybe they don’t check their emails.
- Maybe they’re just plain lazy.
- Maybe they have so many Twin City buyers that they just don’t have time.
Hmmm…
Sometimes I get feedback that is just plain funny. Here’s some feedback that really isn’t feedback…
Now, come on! That’s just not nice!
I must say, however, that I am getting alot more answers since we at Keller Williams Realty in Maple Grove have subscribed to ShowingDesk, we are getting a lot more feedback and most of it constructive. It’s just interesting to see how other Realtors operate.
I honestly make it a point to call with feedback. I know how much it means to the sellers.
