I know that I shouldn’t complain. I received three purchase agreements in the last two days on three different properties that I have listed.
Trouble is, I’m taking a short vacation to go to Chicago to see my kids this weekend. I figure it’s Mom’s Day and the fishing opener here in Minnesota, so should be smooth sailing, right? NOT!
Not to mention, I ran out this afternoon and listed a new one (a town home beauty in Plymouth) and got all the pics in, yada yada yada. (I’m too poor cheap these days to have an assistant. ) Whew! What a wonderful week!
They’re goofy deals (of course) so I will be working via my cell and my son’s computer to put together the transactions. But we Realtors know that’s the case. I don’t know why we all don’t take more vacations.
You can say what you want…I don’t think this market is stagnant. It’s pretty darned good!
