Phineshia, There are no Northside first time home owners programs. There are programs for first time home buyers that are available through the federal government and then there are programs that are available through each individual neighborhood throughout Minneapolis. I will email you with the spreadsheet of all of the programs available. Not all of the neighborhoods offer programs because they are selling homes at a fast pace and don’t need to offer incentives.
